We arrange all the necessary steps that will lead your new employee to you. These include a complete process from setting up requirements for new employees to their final selection.

Selection procedures form the biggest part of our job. They are performed in a form of detailed selections based on predetermined criteria. These are defined by a client in cooperation with the agency which increases the efficiency of the whole process.

We combine the methods we use to address and select the job seekers in a way which helps to hit the target group more precisely. Techniques most often used during the recruitment process include recruitment advertising, headhunting and database search; techniques used during the selection process then include an in-depth interview, personality tests, aptitude tests, language and specialized skill tests. Based on these results, we recommend the candidates suitable for the second interview and for the meeting with a client. Second interview usually takes place within 2-3 weeks from the start of the recruitment process. As we do not recommend candidates to the second interview without a close examination, we save you time and energy.

The guarantee period on our candidates ranges from 3 to 12 months. If a candidate does not prove his/her worth within this time and the job position is vacated, we will recruit and select new candidate free of charge.

The price of the complete recruitment and selection process is determined based on agreement and usually ranges from 2.5 to 4 times the candidate’s starting gross salary. It usually depends on the type of position and on the number of positions to be filled in one company.

If you decide to organize the selection procedure by yourself and only need an independent evaluation of candidates pre-selected by you, we can enter the selection process at this stage and provide you with our external evaluation based on the tests, interview and qualification analysis results.
